Doar puțin peste 2.500 de cereri de finanţare pentru instalarea de panouri fotovoltaice au fost aprobate până acum, din peste 44 de mii de solicitări depuse. Această sesiune de finanţare a demarat anul trecut, dar s-a împotmolit de mai multe ori din cauza platformei informatice și a ritmului lent în care sunt evaluate dosarele.

The founder of Geopolitical Futures Organization together with the geopolitical analyst Antonia Colibășanu and the director of analysis Allison Fedirka drew, in a debate, the attention over the chain of effects, out of which social riots can be the last ring, as it had previously happened in history.
